OUR PURPOSE
CNY Vision newspaper is a WEEKLY, community newspaper that serves the needs of the African American Community in Syracuse, NY. The newspaper focuses on "building community" among our readers and reaching out to our counterparts of diverse race and culture.

DISTRIBUTION
5,000 copies distributed every Saturday to more than 200 locations in the City of Syracuse. Distribution locations include various businesses, churches, government buildings, and local community organizations.

DEADLINES
Advertising deadlines are as follows:
Display Ads................................................5pm Tuesday, 4days prior
Classified Ads...........................................5pm Tuesday, 4 days prior
Preprinted Inserts.....................................5pm Monday, 5 days prior

ADVERTISING POLICY
Publisher maintains the right to accept or reject any advertisement. Publisher has the right to change rates upon 30 days written notice. If exercised, the advertiser may cancel advertising scheduled prior to the change. Advertiser assumes liability for content of advertising and claims therefrom against the publisher.

ADVERTISING AGENCIES
All advertising rates are net.

NON-PROFIT RATES
A 10% rate discount applies to ads placed by charities, churches, and other nonprofit organizations.

WEB ADVERTISING
Banner ads are available on most of the pages on our website. Please contact us for pricing, sizes, etc..

PAYMENT POLICY
All payments are due with advertising. A 5% cash discount will be granted when payment is received prior to the advertising deadline. Payment is due 30 days after invoicing for organizations who have established credit with Minority Reporter. After 30 days a 2.5% monthly finance charge will be added to unpaid balances.
